I am enthusiastic about helping people thrive by teaching them how to move efficiently, tune into the wisdom of their body, and break through plateaus to live a strong and enriched life. My programs are rooted in posture, muscular balance, education, and strength training. Together we will safely work towards your healthy edge and navigate through any mental or physical road blocks. My practice takes a holistic approach to physical fitness, believing the body can also be an ally for mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Together we can achieve your goals.
